Returns or cancellations – If you wish to cancel your order you must let us know as soon as possible, so that we can contact the Artist to cancel the shipment.

After they have been notified of the cancellation and if the goods have not been sent out we will refund you in full within 7 working days.

If you wish to return items or your goods have been sent out before you cancelled then it’s your responsibility and cost to make sure the goods are returned safely and insured to the value of the items.

The seller is not responsible for the cost of the return or loss of the products in the post any occurrences of lost items should be taken up with the courier to get the insurance cost back.

If the goods are not returned you are liable to us for the cost. You have up to 7 days after you have received your goods to request a refund after this time it’s down to the vendor if they want to wish you.

Once the vendor has received the goods and it’s been confirmed to us, we will refund you in full within 7 working days.

Digital downloads are not refundable once delivery of the product has started at which point your transaction is final unless the seller says otherwise or the quality is very poor.
