Vincent Basham
Vincent Basham is a self-taught artist who specialises in seascapes, he was born in Maldon, Essex in 1956 and educated at Thurstable School, Tiptree where his love for painting first developed. He has exhibited his work in prestigious galleries in London, Essex, Norfolk, Devon and Cornwall.
Samuel Davison
As a Cornish artist & prehistoric researcher, many of Samuel’s paintings are inspired by the ancient Cornish landscape. Created through a combination of meditative reflection and improvisation, his striking geometric formations show an excitement of colour and harmonic arrangement, which represent concepts found within quantum reality and ancient spiritual belief systems. Not only do his paintings catch the eye, but act as a medium for contemplation and insight into pathways within ancient wisdom. As a lifetime creative, Samuel is also a professional landscape photographer, award-winning author and multi-award-winning jazz musician.
Steve Slimm
An artist to inspire artists, Steve Slimm’s visionary work over the past 40 years has gained him the reputation, in Cornwall and the UK, of a master of expressionist landscape painting. Since 2009 his work has been featured in national UK art foundation syllabuses for its quality of light.
Jane Palmer
My work is compiled, I build layer after layer, sometimes taking areas back to where I started, reworking or allowing the beginnings to be exposed. Layers are often thin and my tools are basic. Some papers and canvas may go through the press, some are hand pressed, all are painted and repainted.

Brett Humphries
I have always had a keen interest in the arts, taking A levels in graphic design, photography and fine art, then continuing with a one year foundation course in art which confirmed that painting is my passion. The last part of my formal art education was undertaking a BA Hons Degree in Scientific and Natural History Illustration at Lancaster University.
George ‘Griff’ Griffiths
At the age of 13 Griff won a scholarship to Wakefield School of Arts & Crafts using the same handheld instruments to make marks and the same pigments ground to make paint as had been used for centuries. This was the foundation for his work in the years to come.
Tom Henderson Smith
As a Cornwall-based artist since 1980 I feel that I am able to create paintings and charcoal drawings that reflect something of the unique character of this part of the UK. The style or approach to painting that I use is one based on a sense of design that was confirmed for me by two formative years spent in Italy after graduating from Art College in the 1970s.
